Mental Illness is something that no one wants to talk about, yet so many suffer in silence with it. Not anymore. Not on our watch. We are taking a bold stand and we want everyone to know, “IT’S OK TO NOT BE OK”.

You will hear stories of how others have overcome, you will hear from professionals with so much information to share. You will learn how to identify and how to best help someone in a crisis. You will leave empowered with the necessary tools to BE A VOICE!
