Empower. Equip. Reclaim.

Displaced families are not simply at risk; most suffer a multitude of risk-factors. These risk-factors can cause them to lose their identity and self worth. We are making every effort to help them reclaim their lives to become so much more than what they see today and move forward to a better tomorrow.

We are empowering, equipping and reclaiming the lives of displaced in Virginia one family at a time.

Our Mission

More Programs

We do our best to accommodate travel arrangements for physical necessities like doctor appointments and food banks, to spiritual necessities such as bible study and Church. We are currently raising funds for more vehicles to meet this need.

Necessity Assistance

We provide emergency food, clothing, and personal hygiene items for families living in the motel community. Please consider donating to assist.

By equipping families with life lessons in healthy eating, budgeting, job application preparation, and interview coaching we are providing a foundation of financial success.

There is a lot that happens around the world we cannot control. We cannot stop earthquakes, we cannot prevent droughts, and we cannot prevent all conflict, but when we know where the hungry, the homeless and the sick exist, then we can help.

Homelessness is not the only risk factor facing displaced families.

  • Most will experience a multitude of accompanying factors such as:

  • Poor physical health

  • Emotional and mental illnesses

  • Poor self-esteem and lack of self-worth

  • Poor job skills

  • Poor communications skills

  • Homelessness always has an adverse effect on children.

In addition to their carefree innocence being stolen, their lives may be permeated by:

  • Poor physical health

  • Delayed emotional development

  • Inappropriate social interactions

  • Poor academic results

  • Underdeveloped Communication Skills

  • Lack of Self-Esteem

There is no single reason that families are being dislocated. Contributing factors may be:

  • Loss of Job

  • Health Problems

  • Lack of affordable housing

  • Mental Illness

  • Domestic Violence

Let's eliminate homelessness one family at a time!
